1. Sovereign Broker Data Rule
We operate under a strict Data Sovereignty Rule. Your leads, customer phone lists, proprietary match conditions, and property inventories belong exclusively to you.
- We do not sell, rent, license, or share your client lists or listings with third-party real estate platforms, syndicators, or other brokers.
- Your matches are calculated locally and remain confidential inside your account.
2. Local-First Storage & Cloud Syncing
TabReal stores and indexes your inventory records and client pipeline stages directly on your device using local-first storage.
When you authenticate and sync your account, data is transmitted over TLS (SSL) to our secure API backend and persisted to database servers. This sync keeps your multiple devices updated and prevents data loss.
3. AI Speech Processing & Audio Recording Safety
When you record voice notes to add a new lead or property draft, the raw audio transcript is parsed using advanced AI speech processing models.
- Entity Structuring: We only transmit the audio transcription texts to parse details like price, location, floor, and BHK.
- Zero Training Retention: Audio files and transcribed lead texts are processed in transit and are not retained by the processing systems or TabReal to train AI models.
4. Property Secure Share Token Logs
For private properties shared with leads via dynamic links (containing `?share=[token]`), our servers record minimal access indicators:
- Enforcement Logs: We track the date, time, view counts, and HTTP User-Agent.
- Purpose: This tracking exists solely to enforce the "one-time read" rules, manage the 30-minute grace window, filter out WhatsApp/crawler previews, and prevent unauthorized scraping of secure links. We do not use this data for user-level profiling.
5. Data Rectification & Deletion Requests
You hold complete control over your synced records. You can delete individual properties or leads directly inside the app, which instantly executes a hard delete across both local storage and cloud database servers.
For complete account removal, please submit a ticket via our Support Portal. We will wipe all associated user profiles, tokens, and matching histories from our cloud sync servers within 48 hours.
