1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TabReal mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue any use of our web services. These terms govern your access as a real estate broker or advisor to our platform.

2. Local-First Architecture & Data Sovereignty

TabReal operates on a "local-first" storage paradigm. Your databases (including leads, inventories, transactions, and reminders) are stored locally on your device.

• Client-Side Ownership: You retain 100% ownership and proprietary rights to your leads, matching profiles, and inventory data. We do not inspect or sell your databases.
• Optional Cloud-Sync: Cloud synchronization is performed securely using cloud database instances and our secure API. You remain responsible for maintaining secure access keys and active internet connection for sync services.

3. Subscription, Credit Quota & Payments

The application is structured under a freemium SaaS model.

• Voice Credit System: Standard accounts receive an initial quota of 50 voice transcription credits. Each AI extraction voice note decrements the quota by 1.
• Pro Upgrade: Upon quota depletion, voice recording triggers will block until the user purchases a Pro Upgrade package. All upgrade transactions are collected and managed via secure App Store / Google Play billing interfaces.

4. AI Speech-to-Text and Entities Processing

TabReal employs generative AI technology to structure lead requirements and property descriptions from audio speech.

While we utilize advanced parsing blueprints, you acknowledge that AI models may occasionally produce wrong or incomplete structured extractions. You are strictly responsible for reviewing and validating any extracted inventory and budget fields before matching them with active leads.

5. Limitation of Liability & Local Backups

TabReal is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. We are not liable for:

• Data loss arising from device failures, un-synced local data caches, app uninstalls, or operating system upgrades.
• Any business losses, deal cancellations, client disputes, or real estate transaction failures resulting from matches generated by the application.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with TabReal services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
